Fit2Go!

We have been learning lots during the last few weeks with MJ, as well as enjoying some brilliant PE sessions. This week we measured our pulses before and after exercise. How did they change? Why? And can you remember the best place to take your pulse?
We did a high energy circuits session in the hall - we were all ready to rest at the end of it!
